I don't usually write reviews, but i had to make sure that any bride that was on the fence about formal faces makes the decision to work with them on their special day. Jennifer was so great about getting back to me and working with my schedule and reassuring me that things would go smoothly. Laurel-Kate was the best! She did exactly what i asked for and she is so talented! She is so sweet and really knows what she is doing. McKenzie was also lovely. They were both so sweet and made the morning of my wedding so fun and stress free. They were the best decision that I made on my wedding day.

I hired Formal Faces for my wedding in November and had a great experience! Stephanie did my hair and makeup, and had two other team members that handled my bridesmaids and MOB/MOG. Everyone's makeup and hair turned out phenomenal. You never know if makeup can look too "made-up" but that was not the case at all. Everyone's hair and makeup lasted the entire day. I HIGHLY recommend Formal Faces! I used them for my wedding after my amazing experience with them as a bridesmaid at my sister's wedding a few months prior. I trusted them so much that I didn't even do a hair and makeup trial for my wedding. My bridal consultant captured my vision perfectly and my hair and makeup were flawless the entire night! With the package I chose, we even got to keep our lipstick! I also loved the guidance and options my bridal consultant provided me. She was very responsive to my opinion about how I wanted to look, and provided great advice when I asked for her opinion. Formal Faces is professional, organized, and kept everyone to the timeline so there were no delays. On top of that, they are SO good at what they do. My hair and makeup, as well as my bridal party's, was one of the things that I got most complements on from our guests. They made everyone look gorgeous. I love the fact that they were on location too– we didn't have to worry about shuffling around between getting ready at a salon and then going to the venue for pictures. It was so convenient to be right there at the venue the whole time. My bridal consultant was amazing too because she was so flexible. We learned a family member could come at the last minute, and I asked my bridal consultant the day of the wedding if she could add one more person. She had absolutely no problem staying a little later to accommodate our request. You will not regret using these girls! Professional, super sweet, and very talented. They are amazing!! Booking a hair and makeup vendor for my wedding was the most difficult task of the planning process for me. I spent hours upon hours researching, and every single time, I circled back to Formal Faces. The reviews, quality of service, and client satisfaction that I came across were like no other. After working with Formal Faces, I understood why so many have commended their work - I am proud to do the same. I worked with Heidi and Abby S. on my wedding day. Heidi was my Bridal Image Consultant, and Abby S. glammed a few of my Bridesmaids, Nanna, and Flower Girl. At my trial, Heidi took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered her expertise, and we discussed options. I was torn between two hairstyles, but Heidi blended the two styles seamlessly to capture my vision. She made sure that I was happy with my look and was respectful of any changes that I wanted. Abby S. was also a delight to have. My girls and I absolutely adored her and Heidi. They both captured everything my girls wanted for their looks. Honestly, I thought that Abby and Heidi did a better job than the Pinterest hairstyles my girls showed them. They are both extremely talented and professional. Heidi and Abby provided excellent customer service. I could not have asked for two BICs for my wedding day. Lastly, I cannot end this review without giving remarks on the owner, Jennifer. Throughout the process, she answered all of my questions, in a timely manner, and made sure that I was well-informed of each step of the process. It was a pleasure to work with her and the Formal Faces team. If you're considering working with Formal Faces, I highly recommend them! After being a FF bride, I definitely understand why they've won the "Best of Weddings" award for a decade.
